Mirrors Cut and Installed in Costa Mesa
Mirror installation depends on accurate measurement. A wall mirror cut even an eighth of an inch off either leaves a visible gap or will not fit the space. We template on site, cut at the shop, and hang plumb. Wall mirrors, vanity mirrors, replacements for cracked or desilvered glass, and custom shapes for odd spaces. If you’re replacing a mirror a builder glued to drywall in the 1990s, we handle the removal too; some drywall repair usually follows.

Foggy Double-Pane Windows: IGU Replacement
That permanent haze between the panes of a double-pane window is a failed seal. The insulated glass unit (IGU) has lost its gas fill and taken on moisture, and no amount of cleaning reaches it because the fog is inside. The fix is not a new window. We replace the sealed glass unit in your existing frame, which restores the clear view and the insulation for far less than a full window replacement. Common all over Costa Mesa’s 1960s–80s housing stock as original dual panes age out.
Patio and Sliding Door Glass
Sliding door glass fails two ways: it breaks, or its seal fogs like any other dual-pane unit. Either way the glass comes out and new tempered glass goes in; the door and track stay. We also repair doors themselves. Our services page lists the door and glass work we take on. If a patio door slides badly, ask when we’re out measuring; sometimes it’s the panel, sometimes it’s not worth fixing versus replacing the glass and hardware together.
Glass Tabletops, Desktops, and Counters
We cut glass to protect or top furniture: tabletops, desktops, countertops, and shelving, with edgework and corners finished so they’re safe to live with. We take on unusual requests. One customer had us cut a glass aquarium lid; the review is still on our page. Bring a template or the piece’s dimensions to the shop, or add it to an on-site measure visit.
Screens for Windows and Doors
We build and repair screens: new frames made to your window sizes, rescreening of frames you drop off, and sliding screen doors. Costa Mesa’s ocean air means screens get regular use, and torn or brittle mesh needs replacing. Drop-off rescreening at the Westminster shop is the fastest route.
Shower Enclosures
Frameless enclosures, sliding doors, and walk-in showers, with low-iron glass available when you want the water-clear look.
